        来新单位快一个月了,用一个词来描述现在的状态,就是“平和”。没有了过去的焦燥,一切都像涓涓溪流,娓娓道来一般。听林晶说过,没有开过人的HR,不算真正的HR。其实没换工作,还真不好理解工作究竟该是咋回事。
     
        以前在CAG的时候,每天上班路上,心情可以用“烦躁”俩字来形容。想着一天到晚那些事儿,还没到单位脑子先“嗡嗡”作响了。曾经那时,Work track,Leadership measurements,CIF,Audit,... 以为这些都是量化绩效考核的好主意;各种各样aggressive的讨论,以为是蒸蒸日上的表现。现在看来,无非是领导的一人之见强加于大家的信条而已。正是这些条条框框压得大家伙喘不过气来,在本无以复加的高强度工作上又加了一道精神枷锁。
     
        工作本该是愉快的,人与人之间本该是平等的。领导与员工无非是rank 不同,分工不同;何以用家长与孩子的态度来处理呢?恐怕PDF里也只有CAG是这样,否则我不相信PDF是怎么经历十多年发展还能把人才留下的。 人和物的最大区别就是人是讲感情的,而感情是无法通过那些数字来量化的。
     
        不过俗话说No pain,no gain;在艰苦的地方干过,以后再遇到啥也可以从容面对了。还得谢谢在PDF这两年学到不少东西。不过,两年真的够了。再多?还是算了吧。
